Terms and Conditions:
The Offer

• www.theBodyGuide.co.uk website users can go to Double Your Resolutions promotion page on the Body Guide website and print out the Double Your Resolutions voucher. 
• The Voucher entitles the bearer to receive two treatments, classes or sessions, here on referred to as treatments, for the price of one.  The 2 for 1 offer is not available on the purchase of products.
• The Voucher will be available to print out from the Body Guide website from 1 Jan 08 through to the 29 Feb 08.
• The 2 for the price of 1 offer can be redeemed with any of the participating salons, clinics, therapist or fitness centres, here on referred to as ‘Therapists’. 
• Participating therapists are linked to the ‘Double Your Resolutions’ Promotion page from where you can search for the one nearest you.
• Voucher holders must pay for the first treatment and may allow the free treatment to be used by a friend or family member or pay for the first treatment and take the free treatment themselves.
• The free treatment must be of the same or lesser value than the treatment paid for.
• This offer may not be used against Treatments provided by medical practitioners.
• This offer is open to UK residents

Using the Voucher

• Readers must contact the therapist of their choice and book their treatment(s) in advance, stating clearly that they wish to take part in the Body Guide 2 for 1 offer.  The offer may not be honoured if you do not declare that you hold a Body Guide 2 for 1 voucher at the time of booking.
• Each therapist has a limited number of places available for this promotion so early booking is advised.
• To take advantage of this offer, the voucher must be handed to the therapist at the time of payment.
• Neither the Body Guide nor the therapist can accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
• Bookings must be made and completed by 31st March 2008.
• This voucher cannot be used inconjuction with Body Guide Introduction Vouchers, Body Guide Gift Vouchers or any other promotional offer

The Treatment, Class or Session

• The Body Guide is responsible for the provision of the voucher. All other facilities connected with this offer are contributed by, and are the responsibility of the individual therapist.
• Any dispute or complaint must, in the first instance, be brought to the attention of the therapist. Disputes or complaints relating to the result or perceived result of a specific treatment will not be investigated by the Body Guide.
• Voucher holders are responsible for passing on requested medical history to their chosen therapists. No responsibility will be attributed to participating therapists for an adverse reaction that was caused by the non-disclosure of a voucher holder’s medical history. You may be required to complete a health history questionnaire before receiving your chosen treatment.
• Your chosen therapist may discuss any additional terms and conditions of receiving the treatment with you before commencing the therapy.
• Some treatments are only available to clients over 18 years of age and therefore you should check the suitability of the treatment before printing the voucher.
• This offer will cease to be available if any individual therapist changes ownership or goes into receivership after the commencement of this promotion.
